Nov 4, 2017 · The awning extended fine with the remote. Later i closed the awning and it closed fine. I extended it again a bit and stopped it. Then I pushed the retract button and it went out farther. tried again and the same. I changed the remote battery, and still only goes out. I did call Girard and talked with tech support.
