They're both premade decks; by nature they're not each going to have 100% of content. Using both decks in conjunction reduces your content gap. That's what I did personally for my content review.. no prep books or UWorld. Used both, prefer miledown. Ortho kept me at the same practice scores then did miledown and it shot me up 2/3 points ...I used Milesdown for PS review (hence my 130), I thought it is pretty good. Miledowns is a very strong deck with a lot of high yield stuff, I think if you add practice questions thats all you need. But check out other decks or just download them see if you like the level of content and style. Everyones diff and learns differently.
